Perth solar + battery rebate offer
Solar + Battery Systems for Perth Homes
Reduce your electricity bills, store more of your daytime solar and check which federal and WA battery rebates may apply to your home.
Why homeowners are acting now
Battery rebates make solar + storage worth comparing.
Solar panels help reduce daytime grid use. A home battery can store excess solar so you can use more of your own energy in the evening. With battery rebates now available for eligible systems, many Perth homeowners are comparing solar-only against solar + battery before making a decision.
Lower daytime costs
Rooftop solar can reduce grid electricity use during sunny Perth days.
Store solar for later
A battery can shift excess daytime generation into evening household usage.
Use available rebates
We help identify relevant federal and WA battery support before installation.
Rebate-led quote
What rebates may apply?
Federal battery support
The Cheaper Home Batteries Program can reduce the upfront cost of eligible small-scale batteries connected to new or existing solar systems.
WA Residential Battery Scheme
Eligible Synergy and Horizon Power customers may receive additional support, subject to approved products, vendor requirements and VPP participation.
Public WA guidance has described combined federal and WA support of up to $5,000 for Synergy customers and up to $7,500 for Horizon Power customers on a 10 kWh battery. Eligibility, product lists and funding availability must be checked before purchase.
Choose the right pathway
Not every home needs the same package.
Solar first
For homes wanting lower daytime bills now, with a battery-ready design for later.
Solar + battery
For homeowners wanting to use more solar after sunset and access eligible battery rebates.
Battery add-on
For homes with existing solar that want storage, subject to inverter and system compatibility.
How it works
Three steps to a practical recommendation.
1. Send your bill
Your bill helps estimate usage, solar sizing and whether storage makes financial sense.
2. Review your roof and usage
We consider roof space, shading, inverter needs, evening usage and future loads.
3. Compare quote options
You receive solar-only, battery-ready or solar + battery recommendations where useful.
Questions before you enquire
Solar + battery FAQs.
Is a battery worth it for every Perth home?
No. Battery value depends on your evening usage, system size, tariff, export rates and rebate eligibility. That is why we start with a bill review.
Can I add a battery to existing solar?
Often yes, but your inverter, switchboard, battery type and connection requirements need to be checked first.
Can rebates be guaranteed?
No. Rebates depend on program rules, approved products, accredited installation, customer eligibility, VPP requirements and available funding.
